Refund policy

Every item at Duncan Trading Post is made to order just for you. Because of that, our return policy works a little differently than a big box store. Here's the straight talk.

No returns for size, color, or change of mind

Since your item is printed or embroidered after you order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Changing your mind

Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. Heads up: our hoodie runs small, so we recommend sizing up.

Small size differences that fall within the product's listed size tolerance don't count as a defect and aren't eligible for a replacement or refund.

What we'll make right

If something goes wrong on our end, we've got you covered. We'll send a free replacement (or a refund) if your item:

Arrives misprinted
Is defective
Arrives damaged
Is the wrong item
Was lost in transit

How to file a claim

Email duncantradingpost@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. For a lost package, reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the problem:

Problem	What to send
Damaged item	A full photo of the item
Print issue	A close-up of the problem, plus a photo of the item laid flat
Wrong item	A photo of the item with the packing slip
Wrong size received	A photo of the size tag

No need to send the item back. Once we review your claim, we'll get a replacement or refund headed your way.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it goes into production. Production usually starts quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at duncantradingpost@gmail.com. Once production starts, the order can't be canceled.

Packages marked as delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please see our Shipping Policy. These packages aren't eligible for a reprint, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
