Dealer Listing Terms

Dealer Listing Terms

  1. Free listing. Listing trucks on Duncan Trading Post (DTP) is free until the first verified sale from a DTP lead. After that, fees apply as set out in a separate written agreement between DTP and the dealer.
  2. Dealer warranties. The dealer confirms that it owns or has the rights to all photos, specs, prices and descriptions it provides, that they are accurate and kept current, and that it is authorized to sell the listed trucks.
  3. DTP is not the seller. DTP is a listing and lead service. The dealer is the seller. All sales, pricing, taxes, title, warranties and delivery are between the dealer and the buyer.
  4. Lead routing. Buyer inquiries are routed through DTP-tracked channels (DTP forms, phone and text numbers). The dealer agrees to work those leads through the tracked channels so sales can be verified.
  5. Removing listings. Either the dealer or DTP may remove any listing at any time, for any reason. The dealer should tell DTP promptly when a truck is sold or no longer available.
